Nov 26, 2009: From Denton we drove all the way to Hot Springs National Park. The drive was almost 5 hours. This was the first time that I was driving so long. We started around 5:30 in the morning from Denton. Had a break for breakfast. Reached Hot Springs at around 11 am. Had fun driving all the way up the hill and driving back down. Did some trails. The view from the top of the hill was pretty nice. Even the fall colors was at its end. We came down and had lunch at a local restaurant. The turkey sandwich that I had was amazing. I never had that taste anywhere else. Then we went around the shops and the hot springs around the place. It was "Thanksgiving" and so most of the hot baths were closed. We started back at around 4:30pm. I almost bumped into another car during this trip. By the time we reached back home it was 11pm.
